Leviticus 3:5-7

⁵ Then the sons of Aaron shall burn it on the altar on the burnt sacrifice that is on the wood that is on the fire, as a food offering made by fire, which is a pleasing aroma for the Lord.

⁶ If his offering for a peace sacrifice to the Lord is from the flock, male or female, he shall offer it without blemish. ⁷ If he is offering a sheep for his offering, he shall offer it before the Lord.
